Ionic Foot Bath questions and answers
We live and die in a toxic environment. The air we breath, the water we drink, the foods we eat all full of solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, and a bunch of other types of unwanted chemical compounds that do not belong to the body’s internal environment yet tend to build up in the fat tissues. Even the clothes we wear or the walls of our home contain toxic material that we are continuously exposed to. This continuous influx of harmful materials far exceeds the reserves of our already compromised immune system. Toxins slowly build up in our body to a level where adverse health outcomes are inevitable to occur.
Ionic foot baths provide a simple yet powerful and fast way to flush out toxins through the legs in a form of concentrated sweet. In addition, ion foot baths stimulate the body’s whole electro-magnetic field which for many can be more beneficial than detoxification itself.
The exact mechanism is not yet known but ion cleanse foot bath machines improve health in many ways, including the following areas:
Boosts immune system functions- Shortens recovery time from surgery and injuries
- Helps to relive joint stiffness and pain due to arthritis
- Improves sleep
- Removes heavy metals and blood clot material due to enhanced circulation
- Improves kidney and liver function
How does the ionic foot bath work?
The device generates a small voltage/current through the body. The current goes through the legs and arms forming a circle and generates positively charged ions in the foot bath. The high concentration of the positive ion field in the bath exerts attracts the toxin molecules which are on the other hand mostly charged negatively, thus effectively pulling them out through the approximate 2000 pores that are on the bottom of your feet.
Do I feel any discomfort or pain during or after your session?
No, you shouldn’t feel any pain or discomfort during or after the foot ionization process. A slight tingling sensation in your leg however is perfectly normal and expected. You should feel relaxed yet energetic after the session, ready for a good night’s sleep. It is a good way to finish the day with an ionic footbath by putting your nervous system in a toned but relaxed state.
How often can I take ionic foot bath and how long should these sessions be?
A session can last as long as 30-45 minutes, but I recommend shorter sessions to begin with. Use both arms alternately to connect the wristband. Using only one arm will imbalance your energetic system.
It is not recommended to have an ionic foot bath everyday. You can have a session as close as every other day but it’s not recommended. 1-2 sessions per a week is a good start. If your goal is to teach your body how to utilize this energy you can slowly increase the length and frequency of sessions. If your goal is to keep your body free from toxins every 3 to 4 weeks should be enough as a regular maintenance.
What should I do before or after the foot bath?
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water before and during the session. Also, make sure you are not deprived from essential minerals and trace elements. You can also put sea salt into the water to ensure better conductivity.
Who can not use the ionic foot bath?
It is not recommended to use these devices if you have pacemaker, or suffer from any heart condition, epilepsy. The ionic foot bath is not recommended during pregnancy either. Do not mix the process with the consumption of alcohol, prescription drugs or blood thinners or wait at least one hour prior to treatment. Listen to your body, take notes and compare results.
