Is ionic foot bath process a hoax?
Nope. The ionic foot bath process is certainly not a hoax and won’t fade away anything soon. It is not an exact science either. Foot ionization is actually a clever way to get rid of toxins but I would not be surprised if it turned out its primary effect has nothing to do with body cleansing. Just like anything that worths some effort a thoroughly designed whole body detoxification program does require you to undergo some hardship, commit time and money. And how much you are willing to put into your health is entirely up to you. No one else is responsible for your body except you.
Ionic foot baths provide a quick and easy way to keep your body free of toxins. Being fully detoxified is nothing short of an amazing state. Unfortunately, you can not know how much something is worth for you you forgot you lost. It is like removing a pesky curtain you didn’t even know existed. Unfortunately (?) human consciousness gets accustomed to anything way too fast and the memory of contrast fades away. By the time you get back into what is your natural state you won’t even remember what was wrong at the first place. The forgetfulness of being healthy!
Then you skip your next fasting, your get forgetful with your appointments at your detox center and you slip right back to that muddy state unnoticed. Old habits come back into play, bad memories are revived. Then you make commitment to detox again and away you go. This might goes on and on until you get enough of wasting your time and money or learn superhuman self-discipline. One thing is for sure, a thorough and individually-designed full body detoxification program takes too much time and effort to keep up on. You may say effort is probably not much an issue here, after all nobody can just squeeze out toxins from their body at will. Or can they? Well I would say it is possible but that’s another story. But time and money is definitely a factor here, and you don’t want to play with your health. When the first detox foot spas appeared on the market I got very excited about the whole idea and even tried to build one for myself. Then when the first really cheap ionic foot spas came out I sort of give up on that. Those who use these machines daily rarely has the slightest doubt in their mind about the effectiveness of the foot ionization process. But skeptics keep screaming hoax and I can understand why. The fact is, nobody knows exactly why ion foot spas work and yes I agree, all those niche color charts are full of bullshit. Color reactions have nothing to do with toxins whatsoever you will understand this soon.
